Here it is! The culmination of all my work! After all this time, the frustration of defeat and thrill of victory, it comes down to this – a confrontation with a cocky lich who takes great pleasure in tormenting me.
This video represents the best parts of the THREE AND A HALF HOURS of footage I had for this fight. KT on Heroic is just unfair and borderline ridiculous, but I overcame him and got that sweet sweet card back!
Since the next adventure releases THIS WEEK I’ve gotta hurry up and finish Heroic Naxx! So to facilitate that, I’m just gonna go ahead and knock out the frost wyrm.
I’m giving up on the Hunter! It’s time to switch over to the Mage (a fairly simple sideways step) and give that a try. I even crafted an Ice Block to use! And I have a new shirt (a present from a listener!) to give me extra strength!
After a long and unintentional hiatus, I’m back to take a shot at the final section of the Naxxramas adventure! The problem is the giant frost dragon standing in the way.
In an effort to race the giant frost dragon before it freezes the blood in my veins, I’m going Hunter. There’s plenty of removal, damage, and deathrattle to help us win, let’s see if we can get there!
Last episode’s beating was pretty bad with our Paladin shenanigans. Let’s be honest, it was pretty miserable. It was one of those “sounds good on paper” ideas.
This time we’re going with Priest! The ability to heal up my damaged minions should prove to be super helpful when health and attack swap places every turn. Plus we get our own Dark Cultists! Dark Cultists are great. Except at family gatherings.
The final boss of the Construct Quarter is Thaddius and and his two little friends, Stalagg & Feugen. Nothing like zombies and giant reanimated electrical corpses to really mess up your day!
Thaddius zaps every creature on the board every turn, which swaps health and attack. Because that’s what happens when you get zapped with electricity, right? I went with Paladin so I can use Humility and Equality to set things to 1, which means I’ll take less damage and his critters will be easier to kill! So this is easy right? Right?
