It’s that time again! We’re heading back into Brian’s Magic RPG to figure out what’s happening with the plane of Trivester, which we’re all conveniently trapped on. Join Alaric, Karim, and The Angel as we explore the city we discovered at the end of Episode 423. Maybe I’ll finally be able to get a sword!
Be sure to let us know what you think! Remember, this is only our second time in Brian’s world, and he’s only done this once before (on the previous episode!) and we’re still getting a feel for what’s going on. So we’re basically all new at this. Be kind and give us some feedback!

One of the best episodes ever. Laughed so bad 🙂
So simple. So good.

Equipment! Finally!!
I do have a critique that the group as a whole is getting bogged down in the minutiae – if you’re going to stick to 60-75 minutes of MtG-RPG every few weeks, I want to get more out of each episode. And I think this goes to the fact that you all as a group are inexperienced RPG’ers – Brian could cut down on rolls for navigating a city with FANTASTIC signage and the players will eventually stop quoting the Dead Alewives (it’s ok, it happens at every RPG table) and start getting more comfortable interacting in character with NPC’s. That’s all I’ve got as far as critiques, it’s great and I want more.
Two things I specifically want more of: binding to a land source and more investigation into Brian’s plot. It was only the 2nd time, but no one tried to bind themselves to the Library of UUU. I kind of hope it’s a Legendary Land of some sort (U/W dual land? Pay & tap–>get a use of a spell back?). And I want to find out more about the nature of this “planeswalker-trap plane.” It’s totally a magical-physics problem that I believe you can all solve using pseudo-magic experiments.
Keep ’em coming, thanks guys!!
Loved the episode, but I was really hoping the shop keep Chewie almost seemed to give a heart attack to with that wink and kiss, was going to be gay. After that little build up, it would have been hilarious, to me at least.
This RPG series is pure gold
Kareem (Karim?), if someone asks you if you’re a god, you say “yes!”
