A helpful tip that my friend gave me last year at States was to shuffle up after each round or two and pull out 15 random cards from my deck then swap those sleeves for the ones from my sideboard. It ended up mattering that day as I ended up playing 10 rounds so there would have been a noticeable difference in the amount of wear on my sleeves. Plus it was a nice calming routine to have between each round. Just a little advice that I hope helps someone that reads these forums somewhere down the road.

I used to get you guys from MTGCast, but I usually run out of podcasts before that site updates so I come here and go to the World-Wide Headquarters - CommanderCast.com to get these two a bit early. :)

Wait, why do I suddenly remember us talking about this, even though we recorded before the date given on Sheldon's official announcement? So confused... I guess I'll have to listen to the episode to find out.

The Commander update didn't come down until later in the week, but we'll try to remember to give it a mention during the next recording.

For the prerelease, at least the first one I do, I'm going Azorious. Especially if I get an Elocutors I'm totally going to have a copy of the comp rules with me and announce all I do with "In accord with rule 502.6a..."
No mention of Kokusho being unbanned?
Selsnya hookers.

The exile zone is a public zone, so unless an effect specifically says to exile something "face down", it's face up by default where everyone can see. If Search the City exiled face down, then it would also have to make you reveal the cards as you moved them to your hand (nothing in the text on the card makes you reveal anything). Because the hand is a hidden zone, if there was no reveal then there'd be no way to verify whether you're picking up the correct card or being a massive Cheatyface (like me!).

I think on the card, Search the City, you don't have to reveal the cards you exiled until you play the card you are returning to your hand. Right?
