Interspersed throughout the card discussions are a variety of tangents. We’ll talk about expensive Magic merchandise, jerks on forums, jerks playing Commander, dragons on Innistrad, money gouging and crooks, the Magic Twitter community, and a certain professional player that I had to interact with later that night. He’s not a bad guy it turns out, I just severely disagree with one of his opinions. But still…screw him.

On the ‘there’s always a dragon’ side of things, there’s no sphinx or a big seamonster in the set. Leviathan, octopus, serpent, what have you. All the big guys of the other colors are there (wurm, dragon, angel, demon), but the closest blue gets is the godzilla in Innistrad and nothing at all in Dark Ascension.
I’ll revise my statement:
There is most often hardly ever sometimes possibly sort of not a dragon, or a dragonlike, dragonesque, or dragonish thing.
Maybe.

I realized afterwards that there’s no wurm either, the veropede-whatchumacallit is an insecct, not a wurm.
